Delivery & Shipment Policy

Zain Homz does not ship to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Orders requiring multiple deliveries may result in multiple charges appearing on the cardholder’s statement.

Return Policy

We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Returns may be requested in the following cases:

Faulty items
Incorrect delivery
Change of mind

General Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, sealed, and returned in original packaging.
Original invoice must be included, along with all accessories or promotional items.
Faulty items are eligible for return regardless of condition.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days, except for furniture (see below).
Mattresses are eligible for return after a 30-day trial period.

Non-Returnable Cases:

Used or assembled products
Products damaged due to misuse
Returns for color or size exchange (currently not supported)

Furniture Return & Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation within 72 hours of order placement (full refund).

50% refund if canceled within 7 days.

After 7 days, cancellation is not permitted.

Furniture replacement is allowed only in case of manufacturing defects.

Delivery Postponement

Furniture delivery may be postponed for up to 3 months from the purchase date.
Full payment is required to confirm delivery postponement.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
Card payments are subject to a 3% handling fee upon cancellation.
